Payment
Orders will only
be processed on receipt of cash payment or authorisation of
credit card/debit card transactions. Blossoms Group accept payment by
most major credit and debit cards. Cheques are usually
accepted with relevant cheque guarantee card.

Credit Card Transactions
Customers paying for goods via Credit Card must
provide the credit card holder's personal details with the order. This must include the
address and
post code of the registered card and any relevant
security /pin numbers on request.

Recipient
Details
Orders for
delivery within the UK must state the recipient details including
contact name, address and full postcode. Where possible please also indicate a contact
number for the recipient in the event we are unable to deliver. An
alternative time/date may have to be agreed. Alternatively,
special arrangements may have to be made for the recipient to collect the gift
from the courier's local parcel depot, should the recipient not be at the stated delivery
address when the gift arrives.

Next Day UK Delivery

deliver to any postal address in the UK. Please note that we

Orders received and paid for before 12 noon
Monday to Friday will be despatched for next working day
delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee a time for
delivery but we will try our very best to accommodate where
possible. Please state a preference when ordering, i.e. am or

Same Day Local Delivery

Delivery charges are included in the price. Applies to
deliveries within a 5 mile radius of Horsforth, Leeds. Orders
must be received no later than 12 noon Monday to Saturday to
qualify.

Delivery
For an additional fee of £5.00 we offer a guaranteed AM
delivery ( Monday to Friday only - Saturday
delivery is possible but not guaranteed).

Saturday
Orders
Same day local delivery requests for Saturday for floral or
balloon in a box orders must be received and paid for before noon to
qualify.
Next day national order requests( received and paid for
before noon Saturday) will be despatched the same day for
delivery Monday. Orders received after noon will be
prepared and despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Flowers for delivery to hospitals, funeral services,
public sector and business addresses
Orders will be delivered to a main reception or specified
delivery area. For this reason, and to guarantee delivery,
we recommend that flowers are sent for delivery during the week and
not weekends.

Sunday
Delivery
Deliveries are
not normally be made on a Sunday (apart from Mothering Sunday) or on
UK public holidays (apart from Good Friday). Please contact us to see
whether it is possible for us to make a special delivery (additional
charges apply).

Remote
Areas
Customers who
request delivery to a remote or rural area will be advised
of any additional delivery charges. Please note that Blossoms
Group cannot guarantee next day delivery for these areas.

Recipient Details
Please ensure that you have the recipients contact details
to hand with your order, this must include their full
address and post code. Please note that Blossoms
Group cannot accept responsibility for orders which are not
delivered due to incorrect address details being supplied.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, the
Courier will leave a card stating that they attempted delivery.
The Courier will leave relevant instructions of how and where to
collect the item.
